Returns Protocol

1. The Standard Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our items. If you are not satisfied with a standard shop item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Custom & Hybrid Work:Due to the personalized nature of certain products,  all purchases under the hero or custom catagories are Final, with the exception of manufacturing error or defect.
3. Defects & Malfunctions: If an item arrives damaged, or if there is a defect in our craftsmanship, the rules change.
The Fix: Contact us immediately at signal@schismat1k.com with a photo of the issue.
The Resolution: We will repair or replace the item at our cost. We take care of our own.

Privacy Protocol

1. Data We Collect: We only capture the data required to execute your mission (order). This includes:
Identity: Name and shipping address.
Comms: Email address (for order updates and tracking signals).
Payment: We do not store or see your credit card numbers. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed directly by our payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe).
2. The Cookies no milk: Our site uses standard cookies. These are small lines of code that allow the "Shopping Cart" to function. Without them, the site would forget what is in your cart every time you clicked a new page. By using our site, you agree to this functional necessity.
3. No Data Sales: We are makers, not data brokers. We will never sell, trade, or leak your personal information to third-party marketing lists. Your data stays in our secure loop.
4. Third-Party Signals: We only share necessary data with two entities:
The Bank: To process the payment.
USPS: To deliver the physical package to your coordinates.
5. Security This site is secured via SSL encryption (that little lock icon in your browser). Your connection to the Schismatic signal is secure.

Custom Fabrication Protocol
SECTION 1: ASSET AUTHORIZATION (LEGAL)
1.1 Ownership Warranty: By initializing this fabrication request, the Client warrants that they possess full legal ownership or a valid commercial license for all submitted digital assets.
1.2 Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SchismaT1k harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the unauthorized reproduction of third-party intellectual property (including but not limited to corporate logos, licensed characters, or artistic works).
1.3 Refusal of Protocol: We reserve the right to reject any fabrication request containing assets deemed incompatible with our manufacturing standards or ethical guidelines.
SECTION 2: INPUT PARAMETERS (TECHNICAL)
2.1 Resolution Threshold: To ensure fabrication fidelity, all raster inputs (images) must meet a minimum density of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the intended print scale.
Warning: Web images and screenshots are typically 72 DPI and will result in “artifacting” (blur/pixelation) when physically rendered.
2.2 Supported Formats:
Vector (Preferred): .SVG, .AI, .EPS (Infinite scalability; sharpest results).
Raster: .PNG (Transparent background required), .PSD, .TIFF.
Prohibited: Word Docs, Screenshots, Low-Res JPEGs.
2.3 Source Integrity: The final output quality is strictly dependent on the source file quality. “Upscaling” low-resolution images does not restore missing data. Schisma Industries is not liable for poor print fidelity resulting from sub-standard source files.
