Returns & Integrity Protocol

1. The Standard Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our fusion. If you are not satisfied with a standard shop item (like our Crystal Point Pendants or Agate Slices), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
• Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Custom & Hybrid Work (The Exception) Due to the personalized nature of our Icon Series. All items listed as Icon Series are Final Sale. Because they are finished by hand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind.”

3. Defects & Malfunctions If an item arrives damaged or if there is a defect in our craftsmanship, the rules change.

The Resolution: We will repair or replace the item at our cost. We take care of our own.

The Fix: Contact us immediately at signal@schismat1k.com with a photo of the issue.
