- sublimation is a process that turns solid pigments into gas, skipping the liqud phase, using heat and pressure, This allows the dye to bond directly into polyester-based materials or coated surfaces resulting in vibrant, permanent designs that won’t crack, fade, or peel.
Send me your favorite image (see section below regarding images) and I will fuse it to a compatable item of your choosing. Here at SchismaT1k we have a revolving inventory that depends on what can be sourced responsibly at the time, with the exception of T-Shirts and select EDC “every day carry” are stocked regularly in sizes S, M, L, XL, & 2XL. Shirts larger than 2x are available upon request and could possibly extend wait time by 1-2 business days.
Custom & Hybrid Work:Due to the personalized nature of certain products, all purchases under the hero or custom catagories are Final, with the exception of manufacturing error or defect.
SECTION 1: ASSET AUTHORIZATION (LEGAL)
1.1 Ownership Warranty: By initializing this fabrication request, the Client warrants that they possess full legal ownership or a valid commercial license for all submitted digital assets.
1.2 Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SchismaT1k Industries harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the unauthorized reproduction of third-party intellectual property (including but not limited to corporate logos, licensed characters, or artistic works).
1.3 Refusal of Protocol: We reserve the right to reject any fabrication request containing assets deemed incompatible with our manufacturing standards or ethical guidelines.
SECTION 2: INPUT PARAMETERS (TECHNICAL)
2.1 Resolution Threshold: To ensure fabrication fidelity, all raster inputs (images) must meet a minimum density of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the intended print scale.
Warning: Web images and screenshots are typically 72 DPI and will result in “artifacting” (blur/pixelation) when physically rendered.
2.2 Supported Formats:
Vector (Preferred): .SVG, .AI, .EPS (Infinite scalability; sharpest results).
Raster: .PNG (Transparent background required), .PSD, .TIFF.
Prohibited: Word Docs, Screenshots, Low-Res JPEGs.
2.3 Source Integrity: The final output quality is strictly dependent on the source file quality. “Upscaling” low-resolution images does not restore missing data. Schisma Industries is not liable for poor print fidelity resulting from sub-standard source files.
