Terms & Conditions
LAST_UPDATED: JUNE 2026 // VER 1.0
01 // Custom Fabrication & Orders
1.1 Custom Order Process
Custom projects require an initial consultation and agreement on design, materials, and pricing. A non-refundable $50 design and consultation fee is required before fabrication work begins. This fee covers the design deliverable and a formal price quote. If you proceed with the full custom order, this fee is applied toward your final invoice total.
1.2 Reference Images & Licensing
1.3 Image Quality Requirements
Submitted reference images must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI or 1500px on the shortest side), clear, well-lit, and in focus. We reserve the right to request replacement images if submitted files are pixelated, blurry, heavily compressed, screenshots from social media, or otherwise unsuitable for production use.
1.4 Timelines & Delivery
Due to the bespoke nature of our work — 3D printing, multi-modal graphics, leathercraft, and urban mining — estimated completion dates are approximations and not guarantees. We will communicate any significant delays during fabrication.
02 // Products & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accurately display colors, features, and specifications of available products. However, your electronic display may not accurately reflect actual colors and details of physical items. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
03 // Returns & Refunds
3.1 Standard Shop Items
Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3.2 Custom & Commissioned Items
